We are currently looking for an experienced Ganger to join a long-term highways project based on the A4 Portway in Bristol.
This is a great opportunity for a reliable and hard-working individual to lead a gang on a busy infrastructure project. You will be responsible for organising daily site operations, ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leading and coordinating groundworkers on site
- Ensuring all health & safety procedures are followed
- Organising daily tasks and maintaining productivity
- Communicating with supervisors and site management
- Assisting with deliveries, materials, and site organisation
Requirements:
- Proven experience working as a Ganger on highways or civils projects
- Valid CSCS Card
- Streetworks / NRSWA qualification preferred
- EUSR qualification advantageous
- CAT & Genny training
- Full Orange PPE required
- Strong communication and team leadership skills
