An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Estimator to join a growing and well-established specialist business operating within the construction and manufacturing sector. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented and proactive individual who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and building strong relationships with customers and suppliers.

The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate quotations and costings for a range of projects and services, ensuring customer requirements are fully understood and delivered efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Preparing and submitting quotations based on customer specifications
• Calculating costs for materials, labour, transport and equipment
• Assisting with tender submissions and contract bids
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, suppliers and internal    teams
• Supporting compliance with company procedures, policies and industry regulations
• Assisting with annual construction-related accreditations
• Managing multiple projects and priorities within strict deadlines

Candidate Requirements:

• Previous experience or qualifications within construction, manufacturing or a related industry
• The ability to read architectural CAD drawings
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational ability
• Confident IT skills and ability to work across multiple systems
• Ability to work independently and use initiative
• Comfortable working under pressure and reprioritising workloads when required
• Positive, proactive and professional approach
